JANA-M F-1

Induction motors are widely utilized in numerous contemporary buildings and factories for various purposes such as powering pumps, fans, and air-conditioning systems. Even though these motors are affordable and very dependable, they are unfortunately inefficient and waste a lot of energy, resulting in increased fees imposed by the electricity provider. The JANA-M is an exceptional energy-saving device specifically crafted to enhance energy conservation and efficiency in 3-phase AC induction motors. It reduces electricity usage in kWh, resulting in lower expenses and enhanced profitability.

JANA-M Solar Inverter

The hyper solar pump system, made up of a solar array, solar pump inverter, AC water pump, and water tank, utilizes solar cells as a power source to directly draw water from deep wells, rivers, lakes, and various other water sources via the water pump. The solar array captures solar energy and transforms it into electrical power to supply the entire system. The solar pump inverter transforms the DC output from the solar array into AC and powers the water pump. It also modifies the output voltage and frequency based on the intensity of sunlight in real time to achieve maximum power point tracking and optimize the utilization of solar energy. When the intensity of sunlight is low, the hyper solar pump system can switch to grid electricity for additional power support.

The automatic power controller includes a Load Data Collector (LDC) and a microprocessor that consistently tracks electrical loads, guaranteeing that optimal power is delivered at all times. Savings arise from the waste of kilowatts in the current electrical circuit, so the savings achieved will not affect equipment performance. The JANA-M is an Automatic Power Controller specifically engineered for lighting and mixed loads. The Load Sensor continuously tracks the supply, consumption, and waste of power, transmitting the information via our exclusive load detection system. Our unique software subsequently guides the two specially created coils to minimize waste, lower consumption, and enhance efficiency.

JANA-M Harmonic Filter

JANA-M Harmonic Filters are created for environments that produce significant levels of harmonics in the grid and where high-quality power is essential. Typically placed in the primary distribution cabinet or adjacent to the secondary distribution cabinet. The sources of the harmonics consist of: DC motors, frequency converters, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), various types of dimmable lighting, electric arc furnaces, and arc welding machinery. In the same transformer network, the simultaneous use of the JANA-M Harmonic Filter and conventional capacitor bank is prohibited.

JANA-M Hypermold

Primarily concentrate on managing the molding machine motor to operate efficiently and reduce electrical energy consumption by 15% to 40%. This series features an asynchronous servo system paired with advanced servo-driven technology, offering numerous benefits such as a high energy-saving ratio, exceptional reliability, gentle start-up, and simple operation. In the injection molding machine system, JANA-M Hypermold utilizes the pressure and flow signals as control targets to optimize motor output power, thereby conserving energy. The integrated power supply switch technology is designed for applications that require switching the system between grid power and a servo-driven system, such as escalators, central air conditioners, oil pumping machines, and more.
